One of the games that has been teased on both Nvidia's Shield gaming device and just in general during Tegra-based announcements is Tick Tock Games' Burn Zombie Burn title. Well this game has now been quietly released onto both Google Play and Nvidia's Tegra Zone.

Some of you may have heard of Butterscotch Shenanigans. They’re the guys behind Towelfight 2: The Monocle of Destiny, a twin-stick shooter that some say is reminiscent of The Binding of Issac. I enjoyed it pretty much. You go from room to room, clearing out baddies while shooting an assortment of animals out of your face.

Spry Fox, the developers of the widely popular puzzle game Triple Town, have announced what their new game will be and it is another puzzle game called Road Not Taken. This particular game has a rather deep theme to it regarding life and loss but does not do away with the cuteness found in Triple Town.

Infinite Dreams' Can Knockdown franchise has seen quite the success and popularity on both Android and iOS. The company has been working on a new addition to the franchise which we have talked about in the recent past but now we have an official release date of May 16h, 2013 for Can Knockdown 3.

Rovio has been hinting at getting into publishing third party games onto iOS and Android for some time now and it looks like these plans may finally be coming to life. In fact the company has announced what this spin-off will be, officially naming it Rovio Stars. Under Rovio Stars, the company plans to release third party games submitted to them.

While N3V Games' upcoming zombie shooter Dead On Arrival 2 is already underway with its pre-beta testing phase, the company has announced when the next beta will begin and what it will entail. For those of you already in the beta, you won't have to worry about signing up again or anything like that. When the new version of the game is released, you'll have access to it.

Nvidia's Tegra 4 Android-powered handheld gaming system called Project Shield has finally become a real thing instead of just a demo device seen at conferences and on video. Today the company has announced that pre-orders will begin on May 20th, 2013 with a shipping date happening sometime in late June 2013.

There is an upcoming platformer under development right now called Glob The Game by an indie developer that looks rather promising. While there isn't a whole lot of details right now about this game, what we do have is a look at the gameplay itself thanks to a video from the developer.

Interesting news today as TwitchTV and Kabam have formed a partnership to bring Kabam game discovery and gameplay to the live game streaming service. This partnership integrates both of those factors not only into the web version of TwitchTV but also into the Android application as well.

Elevator Hero by Supertapp Interactive is an arcade game that looks like it takes influence from Taito's old school arcade game called Elevator Action.
