Dungeon Defenders: First Wave officially coming to Android Dec. 23!

The wait is almost over! The first game developed using the Unreal Engine 3 is coming to Android December 23rd, 2010. Trendy Entertainment has officially announced the release date along with a device compatibility list. Dungeon Defenders: First Wave is a slick looking 3D action-RPG/Tower Defense game.

Other features coming in Dungeon Defenders: First Wave :

  • On and Off-line Campaign mode
  • Challenge Missions
  • Leaderboards
  • 4-player co-op gameplay via GameSpy!

 

That's not including the killer 3D graphics, original gameplay and the awesome blend of action-RPG and Tower Defense gaming! Don't forget, this is made with the same engine that Infinity Blade for iOS was along with numerous PC/console games.

Basic Requirements:

  • 512MB RAM
  • GPU capable of supporting OpenGL ES 2.0
  • Android 2.1+
  • 800MHz CPU or greater (Recommended)
  • MicroSD Card with a minimum 400MB free space

Tower Defense Action RPG brings Unreal Engine 3 Technology to the Android Platform on December 23, 2010

Gainesville, FL – 17 December 2010 – Trendy Entertainment will release their highly anticipated title Dungeon Defenders: First Wave for Android systems on December 23, 2010, just one week after its release on the iOS App Store. This title will be the first to bring the Unreal Engine technology, which powers the best-selling Infinity Blade, to the Android platform. Gamers can purchase this tower defense online action-RPG on the Android Marketplace for $2.99. It includes an epic on and off-line campaign, challenge missions, leaderboards, and robust 4 player co-op play via GameSpy.

The game is available in multiple languages - English, French, German, Italian and
Spanish. It carries an ESRB rating of “Everyone: 10+” and a PEGI Rating of 12+. Device
requirements are as follows:
