While the rest of us here in the U.S. have to wait to get our hands on Samsung's latest addition to the Galaxy line of Android phones, the Samsung Galaxy S III, UK residents can now begin pre-ordering it off of Amazon UK. The only difficult question you will be facing is what color you want.
Samsung announced the Galaxy S III last week which finally calmed the tidal waves of rumors that was happening just about every day leading up to the official announcement. This new phone will be offered up in two colors for the 16GB model: Pebble Blue or Marble White. Regardless of what color you choose, the 16GB model will run you £499.95 (around $806.67) and is apparently going to be released at the end of this month, May 30th to be exact.
Samsung Galaxy S III Specs:
- 1.5GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor
- Android 4.0
- 4.8-inch HD 1080p resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio
- A 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 8-megapixel rear camera
- 4G LTE
Amazon UK will apparently only be offering the 16GB model for right now as Vodafone UK apparently has the exclusive rights to sell the 32GB model. For all of us here in the U.S. we can expect to be able to buy the Samsung Galaxy S III sometime this Summer.
