Our Terms & Conditions is pretty straightforward. By registering or using this site in any fashion, interacting with it, you agree to not spam the comments or forums. There will be no posting of porn, warez, or any content that would be deemed illegal or inappropriate. Doing so will result in your account being banned and deleted without warning or need to notify you about it.

DroidGamers name/logo or any other element relating to DroidGamers can not be used without prior permission unless for purposes such as linking to one of our articles, as reference/source linking from one of your articles to one of ours or to the site in general. We are pretty easy going though.

Android game developers: By sending assets such as screenshots, concept art or video game trailers / gameplay videos over to us, you grant us permission to use any and all of those assets in our posts, on any of our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and so on).

By sending us raw video files of gameplay footage, promotional videos of your games and game trailers, you grant us permission to use those videos in our posts on this site, on our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and so on) as well as posting the videos on YouTube. You grant us permission to use the videos you send to us for commercial purposes as well such as monetizing the videos on YouTube when posted to our YouTube channel. We will not, however, modify the original video file sent to us in any way.
